Yes, your child is required to wear a mask the moment he/she steps into our campus.

We prefer your child to come without socks for safety purposes.

Each term is 12 lessons each; you can join our classes at any point of the term.

Yes, we do have bilingual classes catered to non-native speakers.

You will receive a booking confirmation email and the zoom links for all the classes that you've booked can be found in that email. 24 hours before the start of your lesson, you will receive a booking reminder email with the zoom link of your class.

No, we do not offer replacement classes for missed sessions. You can however, unschedule the lesson in the system.

If your child is unable to attend a lesson, you can cancel/ reschedule the lesson 48 hours before it starts. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of lesson credit.

If your child is sick and unable to attend a lesson, the credit will be returned to your plan. If your child has a medical certificate issued by the doctor to cover for the lesson's date, upload a copy of the Medical Certificate onto our website and we will extend your plan's validity by 1 week.
